Get a stool softener at the local drug store. Not a laxative but stool softener.

You also probably need to drink more water, eat more fresh fruit (not bananas - they constipate you) If it continues to be a problem, see your doctor for other options...

Eat Fiber One cereal regularly for breakfast every day and I personally guarantee you will not have the problem again.

exceede your daliy fiber intake ( 35g +) fiber one cereal and complete wheat bran cereal helps too. Drink lotsss water.

If you are going that's the main thing keep regular, concern yourself ,if there is extreme pain, eat well and enjoy your movements while you have them

eat cereal every morning followed by a glass of pure orange.good luck i hope it softens up soon.
