I agree. It takes too much energy to worry about what ****** governments' decisions are, and they are always wrought with 20-20 hindsight. All you can do is sit back and watch it unfold.

Many, many people do care either because they are against the war or because they believe that being involved in it could make the Middle East or the world safer in the future.

Many, many people care because young Americans - 20-year-olds - are willing to risk their lives and go into a horrible war as American sodiers. Some people believe the least Americans can do is care enough to pay attention to what's happening over there and to not say things that make Iraq sound like its some little, pain-in-the-neck nuisance we don't want to hear about.

If you don't care then don't watch the news, and if people start talking about Iraq then excuse yourself. Many, many people are like you as well. Just respect the people who do care because there is good reason to care about what happens over there.

I care, those are our soldiers over there! My friends, family and heroes. I care because they had a dictator who killed literally millions of people during his rein, and if given a chance would have spread the disease of his terror around the world. Also, now that we have given the people of Iraq the choice in how THEY are governed, we need to lend them temporary support so that we don't leave them so weak another dictator could sweep in and start it all over again. Why bother starting anything if we aren't going to see it through? I'd rather have a job well done than something half done that we'd later spend more money on trying to fix. Most of all I care about this war and what becomes of it because I am a patriot.

I care because innocent people wherever they come from, are suffering the cruelty and avidity of power of the politicians. Lots of children, women, men, all civilians, are dying when they should be happy and content in their homes. Oh yes, I do care very much about the Iraq war. They shouldn´t be no more war in this world.

The republicans and bush have constructed this war in a way that a very small percentage of americans will be impacted by it.

They have done this because the their rich republican supporters have demanded that their taxes continue to go down while spending skyrockets to record highs during this war, and Bush is delivering exactly what they wanted, tough talk with no responsibility. Republican donors are the ultimate chicken hawks.

VOTE THIS NOVEMBER!

Well I do care about the war and everything but its not something I worry about everyday. I mean Yea a lot of people have died over there so that doesn't make me feel good about it... But I have to go on with my life, even if I do know people over there all I can do is pray for them and hope that they come back alive and safe. So if someone doesn't care it's there choice. So don't get mad at them for it.

I don't think we should be in Iraq, but there are people dying over there and therefore, I care. Our taxes are paying for that mess, we're all living in a world that's becoming more dangerous every day, and that's why we all should care.

Obviously you do care; else you would not have brought up the subject. To answer your question though, I and many others care about the Iraq war and the consequences. You should too. That is your business though. Thanks for the two points anyway.

Just think--if you don't care about something as big as the Iraq war that has touched hundreds of millions of people's lives, who would care about an empathy-lacking, insignificant little insect like you?
