well i saw the guy i like yesterday on hes bike and he almost got hit by my car. so i tried to forget him but everytime i try he shows up out of anywhere. and he flirts and plays jokes on me like the rejection hotline, and looks at my body and he just not talking to me. and he knows i like him, and as a joke he told me he loved me and all the sudden it was a joke. but now he starrs and looks and follows me writes in a note i dont like u but i guess we can be friends. what does he mean? and how do i get hes attention?

You obviously have his attention. If this is really the type of boy you want, be blunt and ask him out. Whatever his answer is, you'll know one way or the other whether he likes you.

He obviously likes you. Why don't you start out by inviting him to a group activity with your other friends.
