You are also a kind and nice person, and deserve a pat on the back for being that way.
I wonder why you need cheering up - you did not say.
Is it just a passing mood or something more serious?
I hope you will feel better soon - be good to yourself - do something you enjoy and be with people who you love and love you. Perhaps even give yourself a special treat - even if it costs money and time (if you can afford it).
If someone or something is getting you down, take a break from that situation. If you need a vacation (even 1 day), take it.
