If the Democrats win the White House in the 2008 Presidential Election,do you think there's a good chance that Jeb Bush will run in 2012? I think that's a very good possibility.

I agree with you. I think there is a very good chance that Jeb will run in 2012 if, and only if, the Dems win the WH in 2008.

In 2012, Bush will have been out of office for 4 years. Those parts of America that are not George H.W. Bush fans will have had 4 years to get over their Bush fatigue. 4 years is a ton of time in politics. For evidence of this - look at the Clinton's. Hillary would have had no shot whatsoever in 2000.

Further evidence is look at Cynthia McKinney. She lost a few years ago after getting into some PR trouble. A few years later, she won back her seat now only to have lost it again.

Jeb has said that he has no plans to run in '08, however that may be because he figures that the country is unlikely to elect two brothers back to back (W's poll numbers don't help either in that respect.) He might consider running in '12 though this could depend on a number of factors.

Jeb-Boy is going to run in 2008. There is no way that the neo-cons and the corporate stooges are going to take the chance that one of their puppets aren't in power. It's all about the rich getting richer while the middle class and the poor get raped. Get used to it.

Why stop with just screwing up Florida when one can continue in screwing up the world like his brother did?

He has stated in a convincing way (no, not the way Hillary Clinton does) that he never has the intention of running.

He might try a run, but there's no way in hell that he would get nominated, or elected for that matter
