Ok i have a Lynksy or whatever router. I have 2 computers. One that has an ethernet port and one that does not. THERE IN DIFFERENT ROOMS. The modem/router is on the one with the ethernet port. I have a PC card networking card in the other one. I wanna switch em up. Like put the router/modem on the computer with the usb port and put the pc card in the other one. How do i do it without regestering anything or installing anything.

Provided that I got it right... the PC with "PC card networking card" (wireless, I'd say) should work fine wherever you put it.

For the other one, which is now working on cable, you should buy a wireless adapter: USB or PCI.

To summarize:

You have a modem and router and two computers, one with an ethernet port and one with a networking card. You have the modem connected to the DSL line, and the router is connected to the modem. One of your computers is connected to the router.

Here's what to do:

You simply use another cable to connect the second computer to a second router port. You can switch the computers between the rooms and it'll still work. Your router is supplying IP addresses for the computers on the fly; it uses the static IP address supplied by your ISP to connect to the internet. When you send a request to the router, it repackages the request with the ISP-supplied ip address. When the reply arrives at the router from the internet, the router knows which computer requested the information and sends it to the requesting computer. No problem here!
