It wasn't plain water. It was Oz water. Not to be confused with, but similar to Holy Water.

In Catholic churces, they label the urns of Holy Water. They do this to keep the Lutherans from mistaking it for coffee.

I don't think so. If you get a bomb in commode and forget to flush, the next morning when you do it pretty much dissolves, too.
