Get her a horse picture, or a staue, a bookmark, horseopoly, anything with a horse theme to it. If she rides go to the nearest tack shop, and buy her a saddle pad with her name sewed on. The saddle pad costs anywhere from $20 - $40. The embroidery is about $6. Please replie if i helped in any way.

Riding lessons, a local trail ride with friends, or horse-related things. I was a horse-crazy little girl at 9 who wasn't allowed to take riding lessons until I turned 12. My parents gave me loads of Breyer horses to help satisfy my passion during that time.

At 23 I still have those Breyer horses and occasionally buy one at flea markets to fix up. You'd be surprised how quickly you can turn into an enthusiastic collector.

Try horse back lessons instead of owning a horse. That is a HUGE responsibility.

Also, try getting her books on horses so she can read about them and reseach them and prove that she is serious about horses. If she isn't serious, then try to get her some stuffed animals, hoseback lessons and a horse card or horse book.

Good luck!

P.S. You can get her plastic horses instead of stuffed animals. I had them. And some make noise. Breyers and fisher price both make em' I think...

I was artsy and horsey and I would beg for paint by number horse pictures when I was in the 6th grade. How I loved them. I also had too many breyers horses. There is a ton of horse stuff out there that she will like.

if she rides get her some nice riding pants, boots, helmet& helmet cover, or gloves. an instructional riding or horse care dvd or book would be good. or sign her up for lessons or camps if she isn't alreay. there are lots of computer games. you also subscribe her to a magazine such as young rider or horse illustraited. there's also a board game called horseopoly that is pretty fun. um if she like arts and crafts there's paint your own horse models. breyer horses ae pretty nice but they are also pretty exspensive. if she takes lessons maybe lease her a school horse and register her for a local show.

good luck!:)

Breyer horses! Little horse-loving kids love them. You can choose what type, color and size of the horse. Plus you can buy tack and accessories for it. You can go to their website at www.breyerhorses.com

You could ask her mom if she would allow you to pay for a horseback riding lesson at a local facility.
