When they don't speak clearly OR my biggest, they are lying and trying to get something free - "Last time I order $45 in food and it was all messed up. The person that waited on me said I could have my next order free." The way I know they are lying is the computer system we have keeps track of orders by phone # and dates. I simply ask when did you order and they don't have a clue and usually guess. Then I say sorry, I can't help you because there is no order for that phone number. Then the idiots try to give me another number which never works either. Then I mark on both phone numbers in the computer what happened so next time it'll save some time with these beggars.

well you fast food workers do you not think you annoy us customers? slow people behind the counter who can not get an order correct, or they try to pass off cold soggy fries to you thinking you will not care. Then the drive through. from the minuted you get in line from the minute you get your food twenty minutes or more has passed. only to drive away to find out they messed up your order. Then when eating inside to find the tables are all dirty and you have to find someone to clean off and wipe a table off so you can eat. Then your trying to eat and they come along with the a broom and sweep under your table and around your feet and chairs. Then next comes the mop. and they put a caution wet floor sign up. In a McDonald's in the play room. Dah kids are running around. There is no reason for the floor to be swept and moped around people when they are eating.

(1) Customers who mumble extremely quiet, and freak out when they are asked to repeat their order.
(2) Milkshakes. I work at Chick-fil-A, and milkshake orders slow everything to a standstill. Seriously. This is compounded by the fact that they are so freakin tasty. Tip of advice though: Maximum one milkshake per car in drive-thru.
(3) People asking for more than five sauces for one sandwich. Come on!
Working at a Chick-fil-A, most of the customers are moms or old people and pretty nice though. I'm better off than a lot of other fast food places.

Everything. I do not work in fastfood anymore but when I did I would get so PISSED off. People are so rude and if there is a mistake in there order they freak out. I always hated when they would be like "how hard is it to get this right:" Well a s s hole when you have 25 other order coming in it can get difficult.
Now that I have worked in food I have a type of respect for people who do work in food. I try to order politely and do not go to a place that is about to close. That always annoyed the crap out of me.

Oh...I remember those days...
Things that used to annoy me were people who acted like they could be rude to me just because I was on the other side of the counter. And people who would leave their garbage on the table (the garbage cans are right by the exit) and leave a big mess for me to clean up.

I'm a manager at a fast food place and I like my job the thing that really gets me is I'm expected to pay attention to the guest but they don't pay attention to us.
HOW CAN I SERVE YOU WHEN YOUR TO BUSY TALKING ON THE PHONE OR YELLING AT YOUR KIDS OR IN THE DRIVE THRU WHEN YOUR MUSIC IS TO LOUD OR YOU TALK WITH YOUR HAND OVER YOUR MOUTH OR POINT TO THINGS BEHIND ME THAT I CANT SEE
IF PEOPLE WOULD LEARN TO ORDER THEN MAYBE THERE ORDERS WOULDN'T BE MESSED UP EVERY TIME THEY COME IN
YES WE DO MAKE MISTAKES I'LL BE THE FIRST ONE TO TELL YOU THAT BUT ITS NOT ALWAYS OUR FAULT

I worked at a new Wendys last year back in Ocean Springs.Ms. Actually the thing I hated was about my employers, they wanted us to be so nice to the customers, and cater to them like they are the ****.

It is when they think you are supposed to be some sort of Speedy Gonzales.
Also their lack of basic good manners.
Please, thank you or good morning/afternoon or evening.
Don't let them get to you.
The poor souls know no better.
Keep smiling
have a great day
