YES! I did, Twice! and now I have a permanent position with the last company that hired me. I'm so happy!!!!

No, but I did have people read my profile/resume. One Person did contact me to hire me in the city where I was, and after spending a month or two playing phone tag, (We were both really busy) then I just moved on to something else. But I coulda had the job if I would've put some effort into it, I guess I didn't really want it all that bad.

NO! Unless you are wanting a telemarketing/ insurance job! I swear its some kindof bullSh#t. I had to go to our local online paper to find a job. Don't rely on Monster. It is not set up to be personal and the job match person usually doesn't get to see a polished resume. This is particularly important if you have a degree.

Yes, I did get one. However, I am currently looking, have had my resume posted and get nothing but requests from Insurance companies. I have been told they (job sites) really are not the way to go. You still need to "pound" the bricks. Some clarification would be nice.

I got a job from Monster. I am still here and it was great. Just post it and make sure to put your correct phone number on your resume and the companies will start calling like they called me.

My boyfriend got an interview and was offerred a job from a job ad on Monster. You should also check out careerbuilder.com and usajobs.com.

Although having been involved in posting jobs, you get literally thousands of responses. So emailing them all back is not an option.
