I think Fear of bliss a good saying as when life is going right I sometimes think it will fall apart !!!

There isn't just anger in her songs- it's passion, spirit and quite 1960s too. She's a romantic.

She inspires me when I'm in an angry mood. I love the way her whole Jagged Little Pill album was so angry, it is wonderful for those days when you are really angry at men/a man. Sing along to a few of her songs...its a good way to vent most anger.

Yeah. I'm a guy in a relationship, and if I catch myself looking at a pretty girl go by, I think of "doth I protest too much" and remember how hurtful it must be.

Nope, not really - just because she has one hand in her pocket and the other is smoking a cigarette or hailing a taxi - doesn't mean that I am inspired. Also I am not inspired to be a b_tch - but I am inspired to be a lover - so maybe yes - I am a bit inspired by her.

I like Alanis's music a lot but i must admit when i hear her song 'you ought to know' i get so caught up in the music it makes me want to beat my boyfriend ha ha

I believe that she is a strong woman who isn't scared to stand by her beliefs and an inspiration for woman kind :-)
I also like the honesty in her song lyrics..

Not at all. She is good with a pen and that's about it. I surely wouldn't live my life according to her views. Talk about depressingand angry.
