Ok usually my brother blocks a site that I like to go on (to be vendictive), hes a whiz and im not, so basically its a keep them ignorant and control them situation. I noticed that not only would the page not show up when i typed it in the address box but when i tried typing words from the name in google, that came up blank too and this only happenned to words in the name of the site. If this sounds familiar to u can u pls help me. (my bro is tyrannical) Oh and the computers are networked so he does it from his.

★★ BLOCK SITES IN INTERNET EXPLORER ★★
1} Click on TOOLS > INTERNET OPTION > SECURITY TAB
2) Highlight the restricted sites icon and click the Sites button.
3) Enter the URL of the site you want blocked and click ADD to add it to your resticted sites list.
4) You can enter as many of these URLs as you need to.
5) If you are a parent I suggest you don't trust this too much. Kids are notoriously clever when it comes to disabling things like this. :)
◙ Also don't think you can block your directories on your hard drive from your kids with passwords. These can easily be disabled as well.

Wouldn't it be more useful to set up a block so he couldn't alter your settings over your network?
