You're probably clotting a little (totally normal in small amounts) but you can stand against a wall and press your lower back into it. It will feel so much better I promise. It shouldn't take longer than a few minutes before it goes away. You might have to repeat it a few time but it beats the pain!

I get pain in my lower back alot too during my period it can be caused by alot things your period brings on (cramps, bloating, clotting...) which is why I usually depend on a menstrual pain reliever.
If that doesn't help talk to your gynocologist mine prescribed me some stronger pain relievers that work fast and are a lifesaver when the back pain becomes intense.

if your back hurts, try doing some stretches to work it out. some back bends or yoga should do the trick. if that doesnt work, then talk to your mom about getting some strong pain killers.
