This is a totally honest and critical but hopefully constructive opinion from someone that has a couple of websites and in this tough online marketing world, I always welcome, as it is only meant to improve.
It looks very nice and clean, text is easy to read, and there arent any no-no colours (red, bright green and yellow which strain the eyes).
Im not that struck on the logo, because my eyes are drawn to the cruise tickets for sale, and when that event is passed, what are you going to put in its place? It took me several moments to even look at where the logo was and what it meant, and there was no impact at all. It means nothing to me. Perhaps you need your strap line in there?
The thing that I find disconcerting a little is the left hand menu? Its changing all the time. I click on nights and events and the gallary option disappears. I click on personals and get a new window up, which at first looks like a totally different site. But I just looked again and I can see its part of the same one - because your gay girls world thing is up there.
Can I ask if there is a reason why some of the options are appearing in the same window and some are in a new one? Its a little confusing. Why not use a header and footer and left column type scenario, so they never change but the contents do?
I could hazard a guess at something like osc or zen or something. It seems a bit of a mixture. You have things that are drawing my eye to be clicked on, but I cant.
Cafe Press - have heard of them so know what that bits about.
I bet you think I am a right cow now, but I am only trying to do what you asked. Objectively.
To summerise - I think you need to tidy up and be consistant. I deffo think that your left column categories need to be sorted out, you have less than 30 seconds to keep someones interest and navigation is key to people being able to find their way about. I honestly dont think you have that.....yet?
Keep going though, and dont give up.
:o( If you think I have been horrible.

Sorry, this is not the formatt to get solicitations on how to properly build your website. You need to go through proper channels to get that type of support. This is not intended as a website educational site.
Listen, use your imagination like everyone else does when creating a website or any other type of project. I am not being mean, just honest. The best results would be ones which come from the team helping build the site. Then you will have the true abiltiy to show it off as your own creation. If you utilize any suggestions here, then it will no longer be your own creation, but the collective creation of those here who offer out ideas. Wouldn't you rather it be your own ideas and creativity which creates it?
Go look at other sites to get ideas. But be very carefull to not infringe on the private creations of others. It could get you into a lot of hot water. It is OK to get IDEAS but not to copy others work.
Good luck and have a lot of fun with your webiste.
