As you can see in most of all your answers, the minimum wage is $5.15 per hour laborated, and it's the minimum wage in the United States is $5.15 (Five dollars with fifteen cents) per hour.

Which this salary is so low, the people that win this salary they earn approximately $8,400.00 dollars per year; they will earn more unless they have an extra income or another job.

However this people get all their taxes back that they payed, because the goverment of United States has said that the people who win less than $17,000 dollars per year will get up to the 80% percent of all their taxes back, so the people that work in the minimum wage; actually will win approximately $10,250.00 per year with their taxes back.

And if you believe me, in the state of Washington (WA) the minimum wage is $7.63 dollars per hour, And it's the only state who has the most high low-salary of all United States, I don't why they put that law or rule, but I believe that the governor of the state of Washington may be a nice and good governor!

But thats the minimum wage $5.15 In all the United States, Except for the state of Washington that is $7.63 per hour and some states more like 5.
And perhaps in the individual states such as Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, etc. May have their own rules about this topic.

The Senate rejected a bill that would have raised the federal minimum wage to $7.50/hr because it was tied to a tax break on inheritance. Sadly, the federal minimum wage in the US is still where it has been for 10 years. $5.15/hr.

In California it is $6.75. But California's cost of living is the 3rd highest (next to HI and DC) so that's considerably low.
