Sadly, no. People would have to open to the truth; unfortunately, most are not. A lot of the black community would be grateful for the chance to know history as it really happened, not "his story". There are people, of all races, who run away from the truth, though. In the end, complete eradication of racism only occurs when ALL people know the truth, not just blacks.

Ok, my take on Racism is this...

Whom ever is in the "majority" is going to denigrate the minority and want to be "in charge".

Now, we see it in the black community, with the mexicans... The mexicans get to a community and the blacks start "woofing", because they are not the "minority" anymore, and they dont get the "privlidges" as the mexicans will now get.

Everyone thinks some one else will "steal" thier job. And that brings racial and economic tensions into play.

Blacks "know" thier history, and they "relish" in thier economic poverty, so that they can "use" the white folks... They want welfare, because they think they are entitled to it, and dont want to bring themselves out of poverty, because they "know the system".

Am I being bigoted? No! I am stating a fact. Anyone who "can", will use the system to thier advantage. Many generations of blacks and whites are being very succesful at this, and the mexicans are learning fast!

If you have two people, one will always try to be the dominant one, and the other will fall into the subserviant one, and whether they know it or not, its always going to be that some one will follow those who are in charge.

Black people have a great culture. They are very religious and have made great contributions to Society as a whole. But, because they are not "recognised", no one knows what they actually have done! (Yea, the great ones like George Washington Carver, are in the schools, but, there are a lot of small contributions made by a great many blacks that arent hearalded to Society)...

Racism is a bitter pill to swallow, as I know. I was in a black church, because my black neighbors died and I am a white person. I thought the ceremony and preaching was excellent! Then, when I walked out of the church and shook the black preacher's hand, he looked down on it, like he had to wash it, because I was scum or something...sheesh!
I will never remember anything about that church, except for that moment in time...and thats a shame....

I wish you well..

Nope.

The government planted that seed when slavery was ended by telling people the former slaves would seek revenge. That is why groups like the KKK, and NRA (National Rifle Assoc) were started, to protect White people from the big scary Black people.

And to this day, some still believe that if Black people ever get the opportunity, we will seek revenge. I know this to be true because a White woman recently said that to me during a conversation about race in America.

Racism is ingrained in American society and I don't forsee it ever ending as long as their are paranoid, unreasonable people spreading lies and untruths.

Racism isn't just about blacks, it's about every culture out there. If the blacks are excepted, then what about all the other races?

We all breathe, walk, talk, read, and are human, accept that, and racism is gone. Oh wait, then there's religion, politics, it will never end. There will always be something to complain about.

No, because racism has nothing to do with facts it's based on the idea of, "I hate you."

Racism is another form of bigotry and bigotry stems from individuals forming concepts that a perticular group of anythings will have negative affects on that inidividual.

So how do we get past these harmful human aspects? Well for starters I would suggest that rather than pushing people away we embrace them if we're there long enough then they'll realize that their concepts of hate that they formed for whatever reason are a limitation of what people truly are.

It's not information that will liberate us, it's realization.

If you think Racism is bad in the USA you should go to Europe. It's worse. Have you ever seen a soccer game live from Europe? They shout monkey chants and trow bananas at black players.

Nope. Some people will always hate others based on their race. Blacks aren't the only victims of racism either.

Please, take that picture of Ernesto Guevara off of your name, you probably don't even know who he was. To answer your question, the only way to eradicate racism in the U.S. would be to send all people of European descent back to Europe.

I don't know, infact many African Americans (Blacks) whatever you'd like to call them. Probably have a good idea of their origins, as do we arians.

But if they want to remain ignorant they will remain ignorant. Just as white people and everyone else will.

Ignorance is bliss.
