When I was a little girl, they were in the funnies. One was real tall and skinny and the other real short and round. It's been years since they have been around. I used to get my grandma to read them to me, and now I have grankids!

They were cartoon characters in the early 20's and carried on to the forties and maybe early 50's before they were discontinued. One guy was very tall and the other very short. Google them in quotes. They were drawn by Bud Fischer if I recall.
