I'm an administrative assistant in an investment firm. My boss is an hour away in a totally different city and I see him maybe 3 times a year and talk to him maybe once a month. That being said, I don't really know him, lol. The registered representative I'm assigned to work for is wonderful and I have no issues at all with the situation. In fact, I love it.

I was a 401(k) consultant for many years and I worked for about 10 different bosses. Most were demanding, one was great, one was hot/cold, one was off her nut, and one had no clue what he was doing; I covered for him all the time! My last job before I stayed home with my kids was the best.

Too powerful. Should not be given a right to terminate. Ought to be controlled like children. Are the most selfish people in the world.
I was a store associate. My thought was to stay busy, my manager took advantage of me. Kept me doing sweeping and cleaning. I wanted to work at cash register and in deli but my manager wouldn't let me do that.
