It was written by Guns N Roses... It was either written for Axle's mother or his girlfriend... I believe it was for his girlfriend but someone thinks it's his mom....

it was written for his gf....the one that was the victoria's secret model...she is in the video....sorry can't remember her name right now!!

It was written about his wife at the time who was the daughter of one of the Everly Brothers.
