She talks all monotone and it's really annoying. I know it's not Punky Brewster, but I can't get that out of my head. Anyone know what it was called?

Definitely Small Wonder. The husband worked for the technology company and he was testing the prototype. The neighbors were really noisy and annoying.

She's a small wonder, a girl unlike other girls, She's fantastic..made of plastic...... I think the lyrics to the song go something like that, anyway the name of the sitcom was Small Wonder :)
