Rosalia, you are I would suspect aged about 12 and the question has just occurred to you. No problem. You should sit down with your mom and tell her you would like a chat for not only is the subject important, but you want to get first class information. You and your mother can decide exactly how much you think you should know. If I am right regarding your age, there are other equally important things about to happen to you ----- you are turning from a child into a young woman. From planet Zog(that`s what my son think!).In reality,babies come from a sperm and an egg joining together.Then this bundle starts to grow in a woman`s womb until it takes a shape of a human.After nine months,it comes out through the vagina.(i hope you know what a vagina is).You better talk to your mum or a trusted adult about babies.
