On your toolbar, click View. Then click on Text Size and select the size you want.

For everything:
Right click on the desktop and select properties
Click on the setting tab
Look for a slide bar on the left
Move that bar to the left to make things bigger
click Apply
If you like it click OK
For just the Internet:
Open Internet Explorer
Click on View in the menu
Click on Font Size
Make it bigger

To change the size of everything right click on the desktop and select properties. Now select settings and change the resolution.
To only change the font size in your browser there is a text size setting under view.

if you have your browser open hold down ctrl and use the scroll button on your mouse one way makes it smaller the other makes it bigger
