Why do we not have a term for the ladies that have men all around them!?

We do. Most people call them tramps. It goes back to that whole stud/tramp mentality that society is just starting to shake off. It's still that old double standard - a man is virile if he's surrounded by women and sleeps around, while a woman is derided for doing the exact same thing. Luckily, that's changing.
To answer your question in the way you intended, there really isn't a positive word for a woman who's popular with men. Not yet, anyway.

If men have a lot of women around them they are considered "studs" or a "ladies man".
Women, unfortunately, don't have the same "honor". We are called "sluts" or "whores" or "cheap" or "pigs".

O trust me they exist - tramp, skank, whore, slut, etc. etc. etc.
However, we sometimes refer to a ladies' man as a 'manwhore'.
