Well the beauty of the law being involved with what goes on between you two and your child is that if he isn't doing something right, you don't have to do anything except let the authorities know. Don't get involved with it personally. Will just lead to a bigger mess.

He must follow all of the order. Anything he does not comply with, short of visitation, is considered a contempt offense and depending on the severity of it he could be put in jail for a time. As for a lawyer, contact legal aid in your area and they will set you up with counsel at no charge. I hope this helps

Look in the phone book for your nearest legal aid clinic. If you meet the income guidelines - you can qualify for free (or with a fee based on your income) legal advice from lawyers employed by or who volunteer at the clinic. Also - if you live near a larger city where they have a law school , you can get free legal services through their legal clinics. If these options aren't available. go back to your original lawyer who handled your divorce and ask if they will follow up with your case and allow you to pay in installments. You owe it to your child to fight for everything you can get for her!

It depends on what the terms are. You can't make him see his child if he doesn't want to.

However if he is seeing her and he is not to (visiting her at school, showing up unannounced, not bringing her back within a reasonable time) CALL THE POLICE. It's an arrestable offense.
