In my experience, it depends on the chemistry between lovers. If I just don't have that connection then I have alot of trouble wanting to continue to get that orgasm. I am not a woman but thats the way I operate anyway. Also it helps if you have a really talented man doing what you want or knowing what you want without you telling him. :)

I have regular orgasms, but not every time, sometimes I'm too tired to put in the effort. if you're having problems, you need to learn how to stimulate your clitoris, and do it while you're having intercourse. Vibrating eggs are also useful and make things remarkebly easy (and it's okay to use your palm or a vibrator during sex, he'll be so relieved that you're having orgasms and won't even care about the means). God's cruel joke was putting the clitoris so far away.
PS - If you're not comfortable with any of the above, you can shimmy your butt (so that you're on your back facing the ceiling) under the bathtub facet - that's sure to please.

Not easy and no you don't orgasm every time. I have heard that the first one is the hardest to get to, but even after that one I haven't had many.

Women cant have an orgasm every time because there is something inside them which doesnt allow them too

Yep, all the time. And more than one. I have had as many as 7 during one sex session. Very fun but talk about tiring.

not every time. it takes me about five min ussually sometimes never. but once i had an orgmasm out of nowhere! IT WAS AMAZING! hahahaha. (no i wasnt doing anything).
