the only thing a girdle does is squeeze the fat to the top of the girdle, where it pouches out and looks gross. instead of trying to outwit your body's cellular structure, hit the gym. speaking of which, i need to go today.

Girdles hold you in. But as soon as you take it off, it all rolls back. They are uncomfortable and hot. Although I'm not sure what you mean by "bind fat".

using a girdle will make your waiste smaller if you wear it tight enough. I have never used one but I use this kind of back thing to put tight over my stomach during the day to keep it flat and it seems to work.

Well, it will bind it in until you take it off. It'll make you look better while you wear it, but it won't have any lasting effects.

Yea but it also cuts off air supply, it's not worth it you should be yourself.
