You need to call your tech support. You are not going to receive the help it appears you need on this forum. We are not suppose to have "private" correspondance.

It sounds like you have had a complete crash. Try the Recovery console. As you attempt to boot up, right after your manufacturers logo press F8 slowly several times to boot up into another mode. Select Recovery Console and follow the directions.

If you can't boot up at all then you may have put in the wrong memory during a memory upgrade. Take it out and put the old memory back in. Replacing memory is not a simple proceedure for the unskilled. There are a lot of variables which need to be taken into consideration when purchasing the proper memory for any given system. If you don't know EXACTLY what type you need DON'T put it in your computer!!!

It can take over week for the wrong memory to crash your sytem. So, don't think that it is not the memory if you put it in and it worked fine for several days. Yep, it can seem to be fine, and then CRASH goes your computer, and you are not able to boot up at all, but the fans, lights etc come on. Just like you desribe here, which is why I think it may be a memory upgrade gone wrong.

Call your computer tech and get your help from them. It IS cheaper than buying a new computer. They can have you up and running in no time at all.

Good luck fixing this crash. Don't let anyone tell you that you have to re-install your OS in order to fix a computer problem. Wiping a drive clean and re-installing is NEVER needed to fix a crashed computer regardless of what anyone else will tell you. Computer techs who do this are lazy and just don't want to find the root problem so they do this drastic and completely uneeded action. I have NEVER had to re-install an OS when haveing serious problems. NEVER.

have you checked to make sure your monitor is plugged in and that it is also properly attached to the computer. have you tried hooking up another monitor to your computer. sounds more like a video issue than a power supply problem.

Your computer won't turn on, huh? It looks like it's on right now. j/k

Could just be your monitor.
