why not adoption. what is so horrible about the idea of passing someone on to a loving family. in my opinion, no offense, abortion is very selfish. in the event of a condom break there are clinics that provide morning after pills for FREE. pregnancy is a dificult thin i know but did you ever think it may be better to just find another family?

I agree with you.
Some people think that abortion is a resolution to their problem when in reality it is killing their own child.
So many abort their children. Next thing you know people will be cutting off their genitals just because they caught an STD or AIDS.
If some people would learn to either use all forms of birth control or just do not have sex unless they are married then abortions would not be such a high volume.
Babies are a gift from God that should not be taken for granted and those who kill them before they are given the chance to live a fruitful life, should not be allowed to have babies whatsoever after that first abortion. JMO

As a grandmother, I can agree that abortion is never the solution that it may seem to be. For someone who has a lot of love and care, adoption is the greatest gift anyone can give unselfishly to serve. Maybe I am putting that wrong, but when you hold that little child in your arms and feel it's little fingers around your finger, well nothing can compare to the feeling you get. Especially when you get close to loosing that precious soul. I can't help but believe that all babies are just little angels and they are God's special gift to man kind.

accidents happen. there are situations where a pregnancy and having the child could shatter a bright future. granted if they had so much to risk why have sex. you cant stop people from having sex. its a fact of life. but you can provide options. i dont know if you have ever had to give a way a child, but perhaps you should try before you advocate everyone giving away their flesh and blood. abortions are OPTIONS! not requirements. just because its available does not mean people WANT them.

I don't agree with it. How would you feel if your in-laws wanted you to have an abortion, because you got pregnant " at the wrong time"? I am happy to be pregnant with my 2nd child! He/she is our surprise Christmas/Hanukkah present this year!
I find out next tues. what the baby is!

When my mom was preg with me at age 40 the doctors told her she should abort me since it was risky back then to have a child at such a late age. she would never do that. thankfully im alive becuase of my cool mom.
