Here is the answer to your question that most people won't take the time to give. There is a vital difference between moral and immoral actions in war.

1) Moral actions that Israel could take - attacking Hezbollah military targets and TAKING PRECAUTIONS to not attack civilians. Accidents do happen, weapons are not perfect.

2) Immoral actions that Israel could take - launching mortars or missiles towards civilian populations without targeting military targets or even attempting to avoid civilian ones.

There is a difference. I do honestly believe that they are trying to avoid civilian casualties. The immoral line they may have crossed could be the humanitarian, infrastructure and aid line.
