Most babies get their first tooth between 5 and 12 months, start to crawl between 6 and 11 months, and take the first step between 9 and 17 months. But these are all *averages*; some normal babies will do these things earlier or later.

Each varies widely. Most babies start to get teeth around six months. My daughter got her first two at 6 months. My son got his first two at 7 months. My daughter started crawling at 7 months. My son started crawling at 9 months. My daughter took her first step at 10 months. My son is 10 months old and hasn't started walking yet. I have a friend whose second child didn't walk until 15 months.

Each baby is different but my little girl started getting teeth at 4 months, she crawled at about 6 months and she is now 9 months and is beginning to walk. But all babies have their own mile stones at their own time when they are ready they will do it. Enjoy them being little because the time sure does fly by.

my son got his bottom 2 teeth at 4 month but that is a bit early i've heard. he is almost 6 months now and is starting to crawl. i think walking starts close to the 1 year mark and talking closer to 2....you should look on babycenter.com or americanbaby.com

my son got his first two top teeth when he was going on 6 months....he started crawling about the same time....he's 9 months now and can stand up independantly and can walk along holding on to something but when he takes steps he falls unless he catches himself on something....but i read today that they can start walking anywhere between 9-16 months

it varies delightfully. our oldest walked at 13 months, our youngest at 9 months! the oldest crawled at 5 months, the youngest at 6. They both cut exactly the same teeth in exactly the same order starting at 6 months.

it really varies. dont let websites, books, friends/family or even docs freak you out if your baby doesnt hit a milestone. always go to more than one source.
