There has to be a way to burn files onto a CD-RW without having them automacially put on read-only after burning.

I want to use my CD-RW like it was some king of floopy disk, but I'm having a hard time doing that.

Sometimes you have to go into the Properties on a CD and uncheck the "read only" box. Once this is done you can read and write to the CD.

Once the CD is in the drive, go to the CDs properties dialog box and locate the Read Only box, and uncheck it.

Good luck and have fun burning documents, music and other data onto your Cds. Have a nice dday.

use the InCD module available in Nero.it is not installed by default.
you have to use the custom options in the installer to install that.

this will serve your purpose.
