What does "TT" and "CH" mean when skipping through a DVD?

What do they stand for, and what do they mean? I'm watching an Alias DVD, not a movie...but Im sure movies have the same thing.

It depends on your DVD player
TT probably stands for 'Title'
CH probably stands of 'Chapter'
Titles could be the actual show or clips like the 'Making of' and each title can be subdivided in chapters. Some times a Title has only a Chapter.
