the trial version has a timer in it. when it has reached the end reinstalling it won't help. it leaves a text file on your system that says you have had it before and don't let it run.

Contact the manufacturer. This CD or Internet File may be currupt. When that occurres no amount of removing and re-installiing will get it properly installed. You need to start with a fresh copy. Also, you need to make sure the attempts to install did not leave any broken files behind each time you removed it. You can do this by using the "search" companion which is on the start menu. Click "Search", then click "All Files and Folders" then on the next screen put the name of the program in the first text box, skip the second, choose your C Drive (Or the one you installed it on) and click Search. Wait until it searches and if any files come up check the properties box on each to ensure it is indeed this program and then delete them. If nothing comes up you are fine.

If files did come up during the above process, try to install one more time after deleting the broken or damaged files left behind. They may be the reason you are having problems installing. If it still does not work, repeat the steps above, delete any as before, then contact the manufacturer for a fresh trial version.

Good luck fixing this installation problem. Have a nice day.

You probably have to un-install it before you re-install it. Delete all Photoshop preferences, too. If it is a demo, it will know that your time has expired unless you delete all traces of it.
