Your baby is either a boy or a girl. How about that?! You can be sick with both boys and girls.

Morning sickness isn't a factor in determining the baby's sex. There's not really any sure way to find out the baby's sex. Ultrasounds sometimes don't show the parts that you're looking for. When my mom was pregnant with me, her ultrasound showed what looked like a boy, but I'm not.
