It only means you are adjusting to the pregnancy. It has no relation in determining the sex of the baby.

well, i believe too that it doesn't determine the sex of your baby, but in my case it did, stangely. i had 4 kids, first was a boy and i had really bad morning sickness the entire first trimester, the 2 girls afterwards, i had very little morning sickness, and when i had my 4th, was a boy, oh, did i have morning sickness, couldn't hold anything down. it was a good guess for me, i also guess that my 4th would inherit red hair, and he did! the first 3 had blonde hair, but the last pregnancy was extrememly uncomfortable. i called it quits after he was born.

No, it means nothing but exactly what it is, a nauseating sickness. It has nothing to do with the sex of the child. I had excessive morning sickness, and I had a girl.

Morning sickness just means your pregnant, doesn't determine the sex of your baby, you would need an ultrasound for that
