A woman dumped a pot of boiling cooking oil on her husband's face while he was asleep, the man died it was reported they had an argument about a car. Should she be killed?

I assume she just wanted to severly burn him, she could have woke him first his skin was burned off his face. This occured only a week ago she is still running from the police!

She shouldn't be killed because obviously there could have been mitigating circumstances that lead up to her act. However I always feel that capital punishment is too lenient and that the guilty should rot in jail.

Yes, she should be executed.
This woman callously thought out her actions and deliberately tried severely injure is not kill him.
There are no mitigating cercumstances for an act like this.
While the man was sleeping, she heated oil on her stovepot until it was simmering. She then poured it on him while he slept.
That was copmpletely premeditated. she was NOT defending herself in anyway and she KNEW it would probalby kill him. Who doesnt believe pouring boiling oil on someone is deadly?
This is a PRIME example of when the death penalty should be used.

Killed no...Punished yes, But I guess it all depends on what her "intent" was; (i.e. Did she do it as a means of murder or as a means of pain?)
Hitan...That would be inhumane for the least bit. What happens to the many that are wrongly prosecuted? The mentally disabled? Should the innocent need to suffer for false accusations and convinctions?

CAPITAL MURDER - NO, but I do think our prison system needs to more rough.
-For the woman she should recieve 25 lashes a day until her sentence is done
