It was on Yahoos homepage. It was the first thing I saw when I logged on this morning.... Here's the link http://uk.news.yahoo.com/09082006/140/israelis-hit-lebanon-refugee-camp.html

Its getting so bad, politicians are resigning/losing elections because of Blairs and Bush's support of the Israelis (also on Yahoo, just read the news). If there's anyone in Lebanon still on the net and reading this, I so sympathise with you! We're not all bothered about apeasing the Israeli's, just about what is right and wrong and they are definitely in the wrong! I apologise for my government in the UK!

Ok. So the terrorists claim Israel was shooting at the refugees, while Israel claim they were shooting at terrorists and missed.

War is tragic. And civilian casualties are inevitable, which is the most tragic part of all.

But Israel doesn't have a history of shooting at purely civilian targets, unlike Hezbollah who has been targeting primary civilian villages for its entire history. So, who is more believable?

Also, think about it. If Israel really wanted to attack the refugee camp, would the attack have been on the outer edge of the camp, with only one casualty? Or would they have hit the center of the camp and wiped everyone out.

That's the thing about believing anything Hezbollah says. Their statements are irrational and unsupported by logic when you actually look at the facts.

Um this is misguided information Hezbollah terrorist were near the Camp if the lebanese respected their civilians they would have combated the terrorist away from the Refugee camp. Rockets were being fired on inocent Isrelis their army had to protect their citizens what Lebanese army should do as well with the support of Nato as well not the UN...Best wishes on spreading your hate propaganda.

Why did you stop reading after the 1st sentence. If you read you will see that they were targeting a stronghold. NOT the camp. It was a miss. This sometimes happens. I am glad that you feel sorry about the people and you sound sincere about it but you must not make judgments about who is right and wrong.

I think Israel is going about this war all wrong. Hmmm.. just like the U.S. is with Iraq. Guerrilla warfare works wonders. Castro won w/ it, as did the Vietcong. unfortunately the refugees and civilians are targets for the aggressor nations when these kinds of tactics are used.

Don't apologise to these terrorists on my behalf. Most of the so-called civilians are hezbollah fighters wearing civilian clothing.

Anyway, funny how no one ever says BOOO about hezballs launching rockets intentionally into population centres.

Expect the Zionist advocates to say it was because terrorists were hiding in the camps.

They say it every time, and never present a shred of evidence. If you ask for evidence that in fact terrorists were hiding in the camp, they call you a Nazi.

and why did they attack the refuge camp?was it because there was a Hezbollah person hiding inside, with the innocent? I am sorry tht it happened...but the fact is, it would not have happened, if the Hezbollah didn't ahve a house there...now would it?
