absolutley. if it was designed that way.
if the robot came equiped with some kind of a gestation piece like a cylinder barrel with tubes feeding all the nessecary nutrients, acids, ect.
you could even make a "male robot" to provide 1/2 of the genetic material. then you would have your own walking testtube baby laboratory.

Yes. If the daddy robot's robotic laser-guided sperm can infiltrate the mommy robot's metal-encased motion-sensored egg, then they can produce a little baby robot. But you can imagine that it's pretty difficult and extremely rare...
