I just heard a rumor that Kenny won't be in the new season of South Park at all. I can't believe this, but I'm too lazy to look it up. Ideas anyone?

Kenny returned as a regular/reappearing character in the last episode of season 6 which was entitled "red sleigh down" in which the boys took christmas to the middle east. he hasn't died since then and has been in the entire 10th season which will air its next episode in october...so look for Kenny to be in the rest of the 10th season and in future seasons unless trey and matt decide to start killing him off again. But yea....he hasnt been gone since season 6.
