I bought 3 gold fish and 2 male guppy with a 1 gallon fish tank. The problem is the guppy always attack and chase the gold fish. As I know guppy is friendly, so what is the problem?

Gold fish are a part of the *carp* family of fish & should be in a seperate tank.
Guppies are community fish, that do not like others that are NOT tropical.
Male guppies are aggressive fish & will not take kindly too other species trying to *invade* their *surf*..
Good luck
P.S. Goldfish DO NOT produce ammonia.

That's either a stupidly big guppy or seriously small goldfish. Guppies are also not known for being agressive, though they will survive quite happily in cold water, though it is a little odd to mix them with other coldwater fish.
That does also sound like a rather small tank, especially for 3 goldfish! When they grow, they're gonna need a hell of a lot more room - and they'll still add some kind of waste to the water if not ammonia.

Get the fish out of that small tank now!!!!!!!!! FIRST RULE OF FISH ONE GALLON OF WATER FOR EVERY INCH OF FISH!!! Goldfish and guppies are not known to get alone at all. Guppies are tropical fish and need a temp of about 80 and goldfish are coldwater fish they are comfortable around 70. I hate to say it but your fish are going to die if they are not in the correct kind of tank. 30 gallon min for your goldfish.

Goldfish get too big and produce too much ammonia for a tank that small. If you are intent on keeping fish in such a small tank, just keep 2 guppies, but make sure to include a heater, because they are tropical fish.

TOO many fish in too little water. all fish poroduce ammonia in their waste and this is then consumed by bacteria living in the water and the filter system, nitrates and nitrites are the produce of these bacteria and this is consumed by any plants or algae in the tank. The fish can then comsume the green so creating a stable enviroment. It is much better to go for the biggest tank that you can afford or the largest for the space available.

I think it's probably because they are both male...and a 1 gallon tank is not big...even a placid fish will want it's own space...and the goldfish is a different species.

Some species of fish will just not be compatible with one another.
