I don't have any pain or swelling over there. I can pull it out with my fingers otherwise it comes down slowly. what it should be. Do i need to counsult docter for this?

Both of your testicals typically draw up real close to the male body when the male is near climax. This very normal, both of mine do.
If you experaince pain during this phase within the scrotom area, go see a doctor.

dont worry.. its normal. it happens cuz you are having an orgasm, and ur really excited . Its like when a female is having an orgasm she pulls her whole body up.. ( to most female, everyone is different )

dude, it's ok, i have a friend of which both of his do, and come up on both sides of his winky, nothing to get alarmed about unles you have pain as well.
