They continue to be weak on national defense because they don't know what they are doing. All of their military misadventures have backfired or have had unintended consequences beyond their ability to imagine. Osama could not have devised a better scheme to bankrupt the country, cripple our military, and undermine our international credibility and standing than we have imposed on ourselves because of our flawed electoral process putting Bush in the oval office twice. Of course we voters made it possible because enough of us experimented with the notion that an inexperienced, unqualified, under-educated spoiled son of a powerful family could lead a nation because he was affable. Enough of us did not know that he also had Karl Rove who has become one of the most powerful men in the world and while W may never had had an interest in governing, Karl had a real lust for winning and the chutzpa to push and bend the rules of propriety.

In spite of how badly things have turned out on the international front, most of those with positions in the administration have become wealthy beyond belief so all is not lost.

Conservatives weak on defense, I don't think so. Who did nothing after the first attack on the World Trade Center, Clinton that's who. Who cut defense spending Clinton that's who. Just 2 examples. Liberals are cut and run don't spend to defend no military types.

More crap - just the same old tired same old - liberals are probably mad as heck that this terror plot in the UK was foiled - darn the luck - huh. Carry on your idiocy unperturbed for the next week and a half - I'm on vacation, so you don't have to worry about being stalked...

Rock on - stupidity knows no limits, just like your "questions." I'm off enjoying the beauty of this wonderful country, you keep on hating it

Please do not ask any questions. You are revealing to everyone just how completely ignorant you are. Go sit in a room all alone and don't embarrass yourself anymore.
