I'm torn.
1 has the hardest storyline to sort out. 2 is the easiest and has an M. Night Shaymalan ending. 3 clears up 1 and 4's soundtrack is amazing.

I am so obsessed with the series that I cannot seperate them - they are all the best games ever made!!! Since the storyline of 1 got me right away some years ago, I prefer as favourites 1 and 3 as they have the same concept. 2 is just amazing and breathtaking also and 4 is a respected game, not my fav though. A remake of 1, SIlent Hill 0 and Silent Hill 5 are getting ready - I am dying here waiting for them...

I love Silent Hill series, And my favourite is 2.It's brilliant!
I've not played Silent Hill 1, But I'vr recently finished Silent Hill 4
& it was amazing!
Here's the order of my opinion:
1 Silent Hill 2
2 Silent hill 4
3 Silent Hill 3

I love them all.. but 3 is probably my favorite. There is a 5th game in the works!
