Mahmound Ahmadinejad is counting on the distruction of the West by the coming of a phophet the 22 of August. This is the date he will give the UN council an answere on the Nuclear decision.

This creeps even me out, I think the guy will send the bombs by way of the "button" as he describes. The date coincides with a major Islamic belief of the coming of the 12 Iman (comparable to the Christian "Second coming of Jesus Christ"). The leader of Iran is a devout believer of this sect of Islam and has stated on several occasions of Iranians supporting his decision in August. He has also stated that Israel wiped off the map is a necessity to ending Middle East violence. I am honestly expecting a fireworks performance and I hope the midwest US is a prime spot to bomb.

No. Ahmadinejad thinks he has the power to bring on this dooms day scenario himself, by causing massive nuclear destruction around the world. And this will bring the Muslim "messiah".

He probably doesn't even know what Armageddon is since that is a Christian belief, not a Muslim belief. (Fairy tales don't usually come true so I wouldn't worry too much)
The President you must be thinking of is the crazy one we have in the Whitehouse. He probably doesn't worry about it at all based on what appears to be his desire to bring on the end of the world all by himself.
