No but it sounds as if you are looking for someone.

If you are try genes reunited and friends reunited.

All adoption records should be held by the office that dealt with the adoption and there is a law in the UK where family members can leave messages for a child that has been adopted with the case file so should the child later search for its birth family it will have the up to date messages.
