Shaklee's all natural Vita-Lea multi-vitamin/mineral.
In 1915 , Forrest C. Shaklee created Vitalized Minerals, a product ahead of its time and during the last 90 years, this groundbreaking supplement has now evolved into the perfect multivitamin-mineral. Its balanced and clinically proven. Tests are prformed every time Vita-Lea is produced to guarantee purity & potency.
It doesn't skimp on the expensive ingredients. You don't get fillers or an abundance of the cheaper ingredients that other supplements sometimes contain.
Also, even when selecting a natural product, be very cautious - can legally be called natural when its as little as 15% natural. Also, manufacturers are not required to list every ingredient contained in the vitamin.
Hope this helps and best wishes

I'm 41 (not a girl, but I assumed you meant females in general) and was taking a generic multivitamin daily, but switched to one for hair/nails/skin that has more gelatin and biotin in it. It may be a gimmick, but it's still got plenty of the other "stuff" I need, and I figure it didn't hurt to try to give my hair/nails/skin a boost at my age. LOL!
I also take a low dose aspirin daily (because I smoke, and smoking thickens the blood).
