i prefer makeup, if it is put on to highlight a woman features, not to change her face. As for the toes, doesn't matter to me, don't do the toe thing...lol

Personally, I think women tend to put too much emphasis on make-up. Not that it can't enhance the beauty that already exists, but the eyeliner and lip stick or balm sometimes out balances the rest of their face. I think most people look fine without makeup or with a nice base that naturally balances their facial features. Toe nails, I don't mind if they polish or paint them, its when the paint chips and stuff like that that is more of an annoyance.

I'm not a man, but both sexes often agree what facial features are attractive on either either sex. I say it depends on how well done the make-up was. You've got to know the right shades, make-up quality, method of application, etc. you can change your features dramatically in a positive way. However, make-up can backfire if you are misinformed or use it incorrectly. So, generally, women look a lot better with make-up, just like how guys can benefit from some as well, but many of them don't touch that stuff.

Depends on the woman. My experience is that I usually prefer no make up. I do like the polished nails, though.
