I enjoy the pairing. I also love Rin/Sesshomaru fanfictions.

I think it's a good pairing. A lot of people think it's weird because of the massive age difference, but I disagree. Since Sesshomaru is full demon, he doesn't age like humans do, if he ages at all. Rin will age normally, and when she gets old enough, voila! Instant boyfriend! lol Assuming she doesn't meet someone else that is. Not only that, she's the total opposite of Sesshomaru, which actually makes them very compatible. And I'd be willing to bet Rin could get him to be a little less serious about everything. Wouldn't that be something?

I personally loathe the SesshxRin shipping. Even if he were to wait until she's older, the idea is still terrible:
1. Child Grooming - that's creepy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_grooming
2. Wife Husbandry - that's creepy http://tropes.wikia.com/wiki/Wife_Husbandry
3. Lives of any potential offspring - will be TERRIBLE
4. Aging. Rin has the lifespan of a hamster compared to Sesshomaru.
5. Building off of aging, Sessh will find himself paired with an ancient hag one day...and he'll still be 19-20 in demon years.
6. Odds of the offspring not being horribly mutated are not good - per the episode when we meet Jinenji, half the time hanyou come out monstrous-looking. Inuyasha got lucky.
7. Personality - throughout the series Rin has generic "loving little girl" personality. We have no idea what that will turn into when she's older. Whoever Rin is when she grows up, she's different from Rin as a child and any ideas are purely speculative. If she keeps up with the submissive hero-worship, I'd give it a hell-to-the-no.

I think they definitely should be together because so far Sesshomaru has only cared for Rin and not anyone else. I'd say it's really sweet of Sesshoumaru to protect Rin and eventually they will be lovers.~ I really like this pairing as well since they match in personality.

i never really tot of them together...i was thinking along the line of rin and kohaku together...but now that u say something about it, it does make sense that they should be together... sesshomaru really does care about rin...and no one else...they'd make a great couple...i juz hope sesshomaru wont be as indecisive as his brother...

I don't think they could be together. Rin is a human and she has shorter live than Sesshoumaru. The best possibilty is Kohaku. Rin likes Him.

In my mind that is just wrong. Sesshmaru is her caregiver. Its like Jaken and Rin together(not going to happen). That very sick for Rin and Sesshmaru to be together.

really, the way i think of them is big brother little sister. He always looks after her, but in the end, he's more of a father figure. But inuyasha and kogome on the other hand, yeah, those two are definatly compatible. They have a wild chemistry working for them. Rin and Sesshomaru.just not feelin it.

I agree with the first one. We just have to wait for her to age. Plus he hates all humans suddenly he takes one in and almost cries. He does no care for his brother all the time and yet suddenly a human girl is his whole world. ROMACE TIME

No because Sesshoumaru took care of Rin when she was little there for he is like her dad so no thats just wrong.
