Ruby in Paradise - a character study starring Ashley Judd?
It was a very good movie, in my opionion. It was a bit slow
moving but enjoyable.
Rudy - a drama starring Sean Astin who wanted to play Football for Notre Dame but he was not good in school and half the size of the players. I never say this one

I know this because I saw it a few weeks ago as part of some weird asssingment. I guess I liked it. . . . and I thought that Rudy was pretty darn determined to pass. I still wonder what he did to get carried off the field, though.
