Don't be nervous.
I was a pageant-er. Once I found out that the entire thing was a made for profit gig for the promoter and any cow off the street with the entry fee could get in I was far less nervous.
Pageants are a waste of time, a LOT of money and energy.
You would do far better for yourself if you spent the time developing your mind rather than obsessing on your looks.

Well, If you qualify to be in the pageant that means you've got the right tools! So don't be nervous and just do your best, and remember that all the other contestants are as nervous!

no. It's really fun... I almost ALWAYS get carried away though!Lol. Don't be nervous, you'll be fine. If you forget your lines, fake it off, with a dramatic weep, like a sad stutter, that is if someone dies or something....I love pageants! You'll have a great time!

yes i participated in miss latin atlantic coast 2005,i got 1st runner up,i was so nervous,but when you go on stage dont show that your nervous just look calm and look confident,i liked it ,ive competed in pageants ever since i was 5,so i knew what the judges were looking for

I was in them when i was like seven or something! I was nervous but it was probably different than the one you are going to be in! I am sure being nervous is common!

hmm, if it rocks your boat good luck, but I think its a seedy thing to do and holds you up as an object not a person. I'd rather people liked me for my achievements, not how much lipgloss I wore and how vacuous my gushings to the microphone were.

hey im from ireland and we dont got pagents here my couisin in florida does them, you need a pretty dress and a lot of confidence dont worry just practise and go over questions
